Roll up your sleeves and join a break-out session that will present a pragmatic action plan for developing integrated reports. Participants will review the publicly disclosed financial and non-financial information of conEdison, a Fortune 500 firm. They will then join a discussion of the relative benefits of presenting information in an integrated report, and will learn to utilize an action plan for designing such reports for their own organizations.

Continue the conversation and experience how leaning into bias can lead to an inclusive culture. This workshop session has been designed for participants to take part in a small-group discussion with colleagues and peers.  Each group will discuss a hypothetical from real-life scenarios observed and experienced in the legal, banking and accounting workspace. The goal of this session is to expand participants' capacity to challenge his/her own inner bias and be inspired to begin these courageous conversations at their workplace that will result in a more inclusive culture.
